My story

I’m a busy mum of four — and for a long time, life felt like it was moving at full speed, yet somehow standing still.

Before The Coastal Travel Co., I worked in accountancy. On paper it made sense, but in reality it wasn’t flexible enough for family life. When my fourth child was born, I stepped away — knowing I needed an income that didn’t come at the cost of being present.

Life felt full, but not fulfilling.
Busy, yet unproductive.

Always accompanied by mum guilt — the feeling of being pulled in every direction, never fully able to give enough to work or family.

Everything shifted during a season that brought loss into sharp focus — a time that firmly changed how I viewed life. I knew I wanted more presence, more calm, and a life that felt intentional.

That’s when travel entered my life in a new way.

Travel became more than a break from routine — it became a way to create meaningful memories, experience the world with my children, and build an income that supported our life rather than competing with it.

Today, through The Coastal Travel Co., I help families enjoy stress-free travel — and mentor those who want a flexible, travel-led income.

Life now feels very different. I work around my children, I’m present for the moments that matter, and I’ve created a life that leaves space for both family and ambition.

Commission, built in

Commission is already built to travel prices - clients pay the same, and you earn through bookings. You can also save on your own travel, alongside earning from booking for others.

What's Included Let us do the work

A professional travel setup

There's a one off set up fee of £142, followed by £32 monthly subscription. This gives you your own IATA number, ABTA certification, ATOL bonding and access to 100+ trusted travel partners.

How do i get started?

Simply message me or fill in the enquiry form, and I’ll guide you through the short set-up process step by step.

How soon can i start booking holidays?

You can start booking as soon as you’ve completed the required training — around 90 minutes plus 20 minutes of ABTA training. You can do it in your own time, at your own pace. After that, there’s plenty of optional training from suppliers and hotels if you’d like to keep learning.

Do you need travel experience?

No — you don’t need any travel experience. You’ll receive extensive free training from our suppliers, plus in-house support as you get started. There’s also optional training if you’d like to specialise, so you can learn as much as you like.

Are you restricted on the holidays that you can book?

Not at all. You’re not restricted — you can book through the host agency’s preferred partners, and you can also work directly with hotels and tourism companies worldwide.

How are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid once travel is completed — typically within 30–60 days. They’re split 70% to you / 30% to the host, and once you’ve earned £3,500 in commission, your split increases to 80% to you / 20% to the host.

Do i need a big social media following?

No — you don’t need a big social media following. Many people build in a simple, natural way through family, friends, and word of mouth.

I have a full-time job, will this work for me?

Yes — most of our team builds this alongside a busy full-time job. There are no targets or quotas, so you can work on it in the pockets of time you have. And if you decide you’d like to grow it into something full-time, you’ll have support to help you get there.

What if i change my mind?

If you change your mind within your first 30 days, you’ll receive a full refund of your set-up fee. After that, there’s no contract — you can leave at any time, and your subscription ends immediately.

Is this a network marketing company?

It’s best thought of as two separate opportunities: a travel business and a marketing business.
If you join for travel, it’s simple — you book holidays and you earn commission. That’s it.
If you also choose to, there’s a separate marketing side where you can refer friends and build additional income streams — but it’s completely optional.
